Manager, Workforce Systems The Manager, Workforce Systems role is at the heart of the volunteer and workforce operations, supporting the roll out of all systems required to manage the workforce operation s through the journey to Games time , enabling LA28 workstreams to deliver their workforce and volunteer programs and LA28 to create and deliver an exceptional Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Manager, Workforce Systems plays a pivotal role supporting the development and documentation of business processes, data collection, and system configuration/set-up to ensure systems are implemented and optimized to support each step of the workforce and volunteer journey (including attraction and selection, assignment and offers, training, scheduling and rostering, communications, and Games-time deployment). With a core focus on testing, training, and day-to-day maintenance of all workforce systems, this role will work in close partnership with Technology, People Management functional leads, other functional areas across the organization, and external stakeholders, to ensure system solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant with data protection requirements, and capable of managing large volumes of sensitive personal data.
