Together we will design the supply chain of the future and improve our members’ lives. As a Manager, Supply Chain you will manage supply chain processes and ensure merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by analyzing data to streamline and improve network efficiency; providing analysis for network channel decision; researching and analyzing root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory, and return related issues. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with supplier management and optimization system such as Coupa
  • 2+ years supplier facing supply chain, logistics or transportation experience within a retail environment or similar industry
  • Advanced degree in supply chain, logistics or market analytics

Responsibilities

  • Determine and approve the optimal flow path from supplier to club to align with sales, in-stock, and profit metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sales, in-stock, inventory, profitability, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and present recommendations, identify disruptions, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement improved workflows and present continuous improvement recommendations to leadership.
  • Prioritize product flow plan objectives, ensure achievability and champion innovation to streamline processes.
  • Manage error correction, service level enhancement, cost-saving initiatives, and analyze the impacts on internal processes.
  • Guide the bid process for private label items by evaluating supplier options across domestic and import channels to determine the optimal sourcing strategy.
  • Develop cost forecasts and scenario analysis to inform merchant decision-making, ensuring alignment with financial targets, supply reliability, and overall business objectives.
