Manager, Supply Chain Management
About The Position
Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals. Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand. Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process, ensuring all materials are available for production and proactively identifying and resolving shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams. Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain, maintaining inventory within target thresholds, monitoring and reducing excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory, and driving corrective actions to align with inventory targets. Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate), identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans. Lead supply/demand reviews to ensure accurate forecasting and planning, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand demand and service expectations, suppliers to ensure timely material availability, and forwarders/logistics partners to manage inbound/outbound flows. Drive IT tool enhancements to support demand planning, material planning, and reporting and analytics. Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.
