Strategic Communications ensures our internal and external communications are coordinated, transparent, and aligned with institutional strategy and priorities and that the university builds understanding, trust, and pride among students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public. By serving as the university’s voice and counsel in moments of opportunity and challenge alike, this group will work to strengthen UCF’s reputation as an institution defined by innovation, integrity, and impact. The Opportunity : UCF’s Strategic Communications team seeks a Manager, Student Success Communications, to support the university’s student success and well‑being priorities. This highly collaborative role is embedded within the Division of Student Success and Well‑Being (SSWB) and works in close partnership with central communications colleagues to develop coordinated, student‑centered messaging that strengthens understanding of academic requirements, elevates awareness of support resources, and helps students stay on track to graduate. The manager translates university policies and initiatives into clear, accurate, and actionable communications, making them understandable for students and ensuring consistency with institutional standards. Through ongoing collaboration with divisional leadership and cross‑campus partners, the position ensures that messaging is timely, aligned, and supportive of both organizational goals and the holistic success of UCF students.
