This position is responsible for managing all activities of the Customer Thermal Solutions Strategic Sales and Account Management organization. This position ensures efficient and effective coordination of customer service issues between the Company and its strategic customers. This position also ensures the profitable growth and retention of the gas distribution customer base, introduction of new services and/or technologies to strategic customers and value-added services revenue. Contributes to the Company by continually improving the Company’s competitive position.
