It establishes departmental procedures, priorities, and work assignments, and sets up metrics, tracking, and routine reports for effective and efficient daily management of administrative functions and overall service delivery value. The role also coordinates routinely with Human Resources and departmental leadership and supervisors to monitor needs, evaluate current operations, and promote continuous process improvement and staff development.
