About The Position
The Manager Solution Strategy & Delivery Transformation (m/f/d) develops solutions for complex customer requirements and shapes the future of our consulting business. In this role, you will combine sales, consulting, product, and delivery. You will be responsible for strategic proposals, drive the use of Generative AI in proposal management, and develop scalable consulting and delivery approaches that lead customers to success faster.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in consulting, SAP transformation, solutioning, presales, or delivery management
- Understanding of business processes, technology transformations, and commercial contexts
- Experience with business cases, effort estimations, pricing, and proposal management
- Ability to structure complex issues and communicate them convincingly
- Interest in Generative AI and its practical application in consulting
- Very good German and English language skills
Responsibilities
- Shaping strategic proposals
- Responsibility for complex bid and tender processes
- Development of solution concepts, business cases, and proposal strategies
- Steering interdisciplinary teams from sales, consulting, product, and delivery
- Ensuring economically attractive and feasible customer solutions
- Establishing AI in proposal management
- Further development of our proposal processes with Generative AI and automation
- Building reusable proposal assets, playbooks, and best practices
- Improving quality, speed, and scalability in the bid process
- Driving consulting transformation
- Development of standardized and efficient delivery models
- Utilizing automation and AI to reduce implementation effort
- Improving time-to-value, delivery excellence, and project profitability
