About The Position

As a Manager, Restaurant Success in the SMB Merchant Network, you will oversee a regional team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers. You will play a crucial role in leading, supporting, and executing day-to-day team goals to achieve strategic regional objectives and foster strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales or account management processes, with 1–2 years of direct management or team leadership experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite / Google Workspace.
  • Native-level fluency in English is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align team members and regional stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and implement team action plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and organizational changes.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of account managers to ensure high performance, engagement, and alignment with career milestones through active coaching and continuous feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in client service and execution of departmental goals.
  • Guide the team through tactical problem-solving and operational challenges, providing support in navigating internal escalation pathways.
  • Monitor team performance closely, tracking individual progress against targets, and implementing proactive coaching measures to address performance gaps.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for regional client accounts, supporting team members in building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to regional partners.
  • Consolidate and channel feedback from front-line client interactions to inform internal stakeholders regarding product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Act as a primary liaison between frontline account managers and broader internal teams to facilitate effective communication and swift issue resolution.
