Manager, Site Merchandising

The Manager, Site Merchandising will be responsible for improving primary KPIs on Dollar Shave Club's global websites, from setting up new products in Shopify+ to developing the strategy and execution for high performing marketing. This role will build internal, cross-functional processes to drive conversion into strategically aligned product categories and new product launches. The Manager, Site Merchandising will report to the VP, eCommerce.

• Develop and execute site merchandising roadmap with goal of improving primary KPIs (average order value, churn, shipments per member)
• Partner with cross functional teams to support key sales channel initiatives, laddering up to primary KPIs (ex. new product launch site merch strategy to support driving sales)
• Develop and manage marketing content testing plan to maximize for conversion
• Execute site updates, hands on keyboard
• Own the relationships and roadmaps between our 3rd party site platforms that directly drive sales and conversion (ex. Bazaarvoice, gift card, etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Minimum of 5 years in eCommerce, marketing, or business-related roles
• Expertise with Shopify+ and deep understanding of platform architecture, A/B testing methodology, Optimizely or similar A/B testing platform, and Bazaarvoice or similar rating and review platforms
• Ability to work cross-functionally and clearly articulate objectives and initiatives
• Expertise launching and scaling personalized site experiences based on key cohort attributes a plus
• Experience with gift card business, vendor relationship management, and CPG work preferred
• Google Analytics Certification (Data Analytics) a plus
