The North America Insights & Intelligence (NAI&I) team drive a human-centric and integrated Power of One (PO1) approach to insights and intelligence across our North America Commercial and Consumer organizations, to drive market-leading growth for PepsiCo. The team provides deep Food & Beverage expertise across Shopper Analytics & Insights, Consumer Insights, Commercial Intelligence and Category Leadership to build best-in-class capabilities and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. This role sits within PepsiCo’s Kroger Analytics & Growth Resource (KAGR) team—a dedicated, best‑in‑class analytics and insights function focused on driving incremental, consistent, and sustainable growth for both PepsiCo and Kroger. The KAGR team leverages rich shopper data, advanced analytics, and strategic insight to support Joint Business Planning (JBP), identify future demand opportunities, and strengthen PepsiCo’s partnership with Kroger in collaboration with 84.51°.
