We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Analytics & Strategy to lead high-impact analytical projects that drive UMG’s strategy across key business objectives, including label strategy, audience engagement, artist development and fan monetization. This role requires a strong blend of technical analytics expertise and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making across UMG’s labels and local markets. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, collaborative thinker who is passionate about leveraging data to shape the future of the music industry, with a deep appreciation for creativity, analytical rigor, and consumer behaviour. Success in this role requires deep hands-on analytics experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of building scalable analytical frameworks that enable consistent, high-impact insights. The candidate should also bring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role will oversee junior team member(s), providing mentorship, reviewing analyses, and guiding day-to-day execution to ensure high-quality outputs.
