This role will be a key member within Marketplace Partner Payments, owning payment strategies, Faster Payout program, and settlement experience end-to-end across U.S. and International Marketplaces. This role drives GMV growth and seller experience by improving seller cash flow, enabling monetization opportunities, and delivering industry-competitive payout experience while maintaining disciplined financial risk controls. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different cross-functional teams across Walmart Marketplace. The Senior Manager will lead the Faster Payout program across U.S. and International Marketplaces, driving GMV growth by improving seller cash flow, experience, and monetization opportunities. They will also support global initiatives to achieve Faster Payout parity with the U.S. Marketplace, balancing global scalability with local market requirements. The role involves owning initiatives to optimize the end-to-end seller payments journey by identifying pain points, friction areas, and improvement opportunities, and developing strategies focused on enhancing ease of use, efficiency, and transparency in the seller payment experience. Furthermore, the Senior Manager will drive seller advocacy, collaborate with Product & Tech partners to build foundational payment related seller tools and automation, and partner with Credit Risk and Billing to define and operationalize laddering frameworks across Seller Services, Payment Services, and Billing programs, reducing financial exposure while managing end-to-end reconciliation. They will leverage advanced analytics to design payment strategies, seller segmentation, and risk-based controls across payouts and settlements, and identify and execute initiatives to reduce other seller cost components to manage overall losses. This position also serves as a strategic cross-functional leader, partnering with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Marketplace teams to align execution and influence roadmaps, and defining success metrics and measurement frameworks to track GMV impact, adoption, loss reduction, and seller experience outcomes.
