About The Position

Colgate-Palmolive is embarking on a skills journey in SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on employee-led career development and organizational upskilling. This role is a critical technical position requiring extensive subject matter expertise to lead the digital transformation within the 'Total Talent' space of SuccessFactors. The individual will serve as the credible authority on the specified SuccessFactors modules, possessing a deep understanding of configuration and data to create innovative solutions for complex challenges. This role is involved in projects with significant risk and visibility, requiring business-facing engagement to understand processes and requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and configurations within the SuccessFactors instances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience with SuccessFactors
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in SuccessFactors Implementation and support

  • In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors in the following 4 core areas: Performance and Goals, 360 & Calibration: Configuration of Performance Form templates including goals, continuous performance/feedback, 360 Reviews (Multi-Rater) and Calibration templates and sessions.
  • Career & Talent Development Growth Portfolio, Career Pathways, Career worksheets and Development Plans.
  • Succession Planning Succession Org Chart, Talent Search, Performance-Potential Matrix and MDF Talent Pools.

  • End to End Project Cycle (managing Business and IT stakeholders and escalations)

Responsibilities

  • Play the role of lead consultant to the business, recommending options to design solutions to solve real world business challenges in the area of talent development and succession planning.
  • Independently connect with business to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Responsible for designing the business solution, ensuring it is innovative and meets business needs, considering the latest technology and product developments.
  • Responsible for end-to-end configurations of relevant Data Models related to talent development and succession planning, including Business Rules, Workflows, Alerts, and Generic Objects.
  • Execute the implementation and support of HR systems to leverage technology for improved HR efficiency and business productivity.
  • Ensure Architecture, Governance, and Cyber Security standards are met for internal development and liaise with software vendors for compliance with these standards for externally procured software and applications.
  • Lead project management with offshore development centers and software vendors to develop and implement systems in the Talent Management areas of SuccessFactors.
