We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This role focuses on ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong emphasis on Employee Central, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
  • Approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with ideally with expertise in Employee Central
  • Experience working in Application Managed Services (AMS), Production Support, or HRIS support environments
  • Hands-on experience with configuration (business rules, workflows, role-based permissions)

Nice To Haves

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
  • Experience with additional modules such as Time Off, Recruiting, or Performance & Goals

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central modules
  • Manage incident, service request, and problem tickets in line with SLAs and AMS support processes
  • Configure and maintain Employee Central (EC) components including workflows, business rules, data models, and position management
  • Support data imports, integrations, and interface monitoring (e.g., SAP CPI/Integration Center)
  • Perform system monitoring, validation, and periodic health checks to ensure data consistency and system stability
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver enhancements, releases, and continuous improvements
