The Senior Brand Manager – OTC Brand Launch will lead the U.S. commercialization of a new ZEISS brand extension into a new category. This role owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and financial performance for the launch across U.S. retail, pharmacy, club, mass, and e-commerce channels. This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role responsible for translating the strength of the ZEISS master brand into a successful new category entry, driving both brand equity and commercial results. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep experience in CPG or OTC product launches, regulated categories, omnichannel media, and retail execution with deep experience in agency management. This position will report to Central NJ (Princeton, NJ area).
