About the position

Responsibilities
- Design and develop software on the Salesforce platform
- Lead a sub-domain team of Developers in Salesforce
- Partner with business operations to turn requirements into technical solutions
- Develop 3rd party APIs and integrations with internal and external services
- Mentor fellow team members
- Solve interesting and unique problems dynamically
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives and assist with overall design and implementation
- Continuously improve processes and systems
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Have experience with Java or a similar modern programming language
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Salesforce developer toolkit including Apex, LWC, and Migration Tools (Ant and Salesforce CLI)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
- Preferred certification in Platform Developer I
- Strong desire for continuous improvement
