Responsibilities

  • Lead daily sales operations while actively selling, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability—with the opportunity to earn commissions along the way
  • Coach and develop Account Managers, building a high-performing team grounded in accountability and strong values
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management while planning for future team growth
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies, CRM usage, and safety standards across your region
