This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Texas. The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives, develop effective sales strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing product promotion to drive revenue growth. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales forecasts, and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
Requirements
- Based in Texas, USA
- Independent, field‑oriented sales role with regional responsibility
- Min experience of 3+ years in similar position.
- Prior exposure to glass, packaging, spirits industry
- Proven experience in key account management
- Strong understanding of USA market
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for specialty spirits glass packaging across USA
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with spirits brands, distilleries, and packaging partners
- Manage and grow existing key accounts in the premium spirit’s segment
- Achieve annual sales targets and strategic growth objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for major spirits customers
- Build long‑term strategic partnerships with global and regional brands
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored packaging solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of customer projects
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Texas and surrounding areas for now.
- Build distribution and channel partnerships across both markets
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics
- Promote PGP Glass’s specialty bottle portfolio and customized glass solutions
- Collaborate with design and product development teams on new bottle concepts
- Present innovative packaging ideas aligned with brand positioning and market trends
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market intelligence reports
- Provide insights on clients, pricing, competition, and customer needs
- Support global marketing, portfolio, and product strategy initiatives
- Work closely with supply chain, production, design, and logistics teams
- Coordinate with global HQ for pricing approvals and product development alignment
- Ensure smooth execution of customer orders and project deliveries
