About The Position

The Manager Sales Enablement at DXC Technology is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. The position participates in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions and works with cross-functional teams to integrate programs seamlessly. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management is also a core function. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, focusing on alignment with sales objectives.
