SOTI is building a dedicated outbound engine that goes out and penetrates specific enterprises that are right for SOTI. This is a net-new function. The Manager, Sales Development will build it from the ground up, hire and lead a team of outbound SDRs, turn cold, targeted prospecting into a repeatable, forecastable source of qualified meetings. The role starts with the US and scales the model globally. This requires a hunter who has built and led hunting teams, and can prove it.
