About The Position

The Manager, Revenue Systems serves as a pivotal strategic bridge within the Revenue Systems and Infrastructure team, connecting Go-To-Market (GTM) business units with our technical engineering and Salesforce administration teams. By standardizing development practices and delivering data-backed Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to senior leadership, you will ensure our revenue technology stack scales with business growth. While this role does not include hands-on configuration, a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem will be a key to success.

  • Hands-on experience or functional mastery with Revenue Systems including Spiff, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Gong, Chili Piper and enterprise Telephony/CTI solutions (e.g. AWS Connect).
  • Salesforce end-user or administrative experience preferred (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Business Analyst is a major plus).
  • Proven track record in Agile/Scrum delivery, JIRA backlog management, end- to-end project management, user story drafting, and managing formal SDLC processes (PMP, CSM, CSPO certification a plus).
