About The Position

The Revenue Operations Manager identifies and implements opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, collaborating with teams across the company to grow revenue and improve bottom-line performance. The role leads a team of Revenue Specialists and drives thoughtful strategy in revenue recovery. The position also supports business priorities and other Revenue Operations teams through data-informed options, considerations, and recommendations, and communicates concisely with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Experience coaching, leading, and training Revenue Specialists.
• Ability to manage request inventory, stakeholders, proactive communication, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to identify and support transformative change.
• Foundational business and revenue cycle knowledge.
• Ability to communicate thoughtfully and concisely with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train Revenue Specialists to develop their skills.
• Manage request inventory, stakeholders, proactive communication, prioritization, and targeted deadlines.
• Identify and support transformative change by challenging the status quo.
• Apply revenue cycle knowledge to problem-solving.
• Champion DaVita’s Mission & Values.
• Collaborate with other leaders to understand key business priorities.
• Provide thought partnership to other Revenue Operations teams, offering data-informed options, considerations, and recommendations.
