About The Position

The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, working with teams across the company to grow revenue and improve bottom-line performance. The manager leads a team of Revenue Specialists and drives thoughtful strategy in revenue recovery. The role also partners with leaders and other Revenue Operations teams to understand business priorities, support problem-solving, and provide data-informed options and recommendations.

• Ability to manage stakeholders and request inventory, communicate proactively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify and support transformative change.
• Foundational business and revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate thoughtfully and concisely with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train Revenue Specialists to develop their skills.
• Manage request inventory, stakeholders, proactive communication, prioritization, and deadlines.

• Use revenue cycle and business knowledge to support problem-solving.

• Collaborate with other leaders to understand key business priorities.
