By bridging the gap between Revenue Operations, Finance, and Accounting, Team Lodestar develops and delivers capabilities and insights that drive performance across financial and revenue cycle metrics for key leaders and business partners. As a Manager on Team Lodestar, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities across the revenue cycle in close partnership with peers and stakeholders. You will lead a team of analysts focused on generating meaningful insights and driving solutions to complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated use of AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience analyzing business operations, data, or processes.
• Experience with modeling and/or performance forecasting, particularly related to cash flow or financial performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence, or similar teams and initiatives.
• Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem-solving and effective communication.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or other applicable advanced degree.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/BigQuery, data warehousing, or similar analytical tools.
• Prior experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
