About The Position

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance. As a Manager of Revenue Operations, you will lead a team of Analysts focused on driving thoughtful and meaningful insights to key business problems through data visualization.

Requirements

• Strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts.
• Ability to manage request inventory with strong ability to manage stakeholders, provide proactive communication, prioritize appropriately, and meet targeted deadlines.
• Experience with Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding.
• Ability to challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change.
• Strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability.
• Ability to communicate thoughtfully and concisely to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support developing meaningful analytical insights through Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding.
• Challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change.
• Support problem-solving ability with foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge.
• Collaborate with other leaders to develop a strong understanding of key business priorities.
• Provide thought-partnership to other ROPS teams, providing options, considerations, and recommendations from a data lens.
• Communicate thoughtfully and concisely to senior leaders.
