The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team supports sales and the BU to help set pricing, trade, and cost strategy for customers and the business. RGM is sets direction for all business opportunities for Foodservice. We are seeking an individual to join our team as a customer or category manager. This role is ideal for candidates who are self-driven, highly analytical problem solvers. They enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment to develop winning solutions for both Tyson and our customers. In order to do so, they must partner with and influence both customer account owners (sales) and business owners on the pricing, growth, and cost strategies. The candidate must enjoy a high level of autonomy, seek continuous learning, and want to make direct impact to the bottom line. Key responsibilities are to partner with Sales & BU teams to set and execute pricing and trade strategies that enable profitable margin and revenue growth for Prepared Foods Food Service. Candidates will build and manage customer P&L's, own and manage customer trade spend and pricing, and conduct analyses to grow business for Tyson and our customers. Candidates will also support the business on cost builds, margin management, optimization projects, and pricing formulas.
