About The Position

The successful candidate is an energetic, self-motivated team player who will play a key role in developing and delivering strategies that drive meaningful revenue and profit growth for Dare Foods. Reporting to the Director, Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Management, the Revenue Growth Manager role leads and develops a team of 2 direct reports while identifying and advancing initiatives focused on sustainable, profitable growth, price-pack architecture, portfolio optimization, and more effective, optimized promotional plans, to support long-term success.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Business is required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in CPG, with Insights/POS Analytics experience; Customer selling experience a strong asset
  • Strong strategic, analytical and technical skills, along with written and oral communications
  • Able to quickly identify and commercialize key business development opportunities
  • Able to work with cross functional departments through collaboration and leadership skills
  • Project management and planning skills will be complimented with efficient time and priority management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in SAP, Cognos and various syndicated data are all strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 2, providing clear direction, coaching, and capability building
  • Develop and execute revenue growth (RGM) strategies to drive pricing, promotion, and mix optimization
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver price realization and margin improvement
  • Analyze financial and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Drive insights on pricing, promotional effectiveness, and trade investment ROI
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to strengthen planning, including annual plans and Joint Business Plans (JBP)
  • Conduct promotion and post-event analysis to identify learnings and improve future effectiveness
  • Identify portfolio and channel opportunities to support long-term growth
  • Lead regular business reviews to track performance, highlight risks, and identify actions to close gaps
  • Support innovation through pricing and promotional recommendations
