This role is responsible for defining and driving the overarching Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategic growth framework for Conagra Canada. The manager will develop a multiyear strategy to achieve sustainable and consistent Net Sales and Gross Margin growth in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Finance. This includes optimizing pricing strategies, trade promotions, and customer segmentation. The position involves leading communication and alignment across sales and marketing, analyzing and executing pricing recommendations, and identifying opportunities for Price, Pack, Mix, and Trade optimization at national and customer levels. The role also includes improving trade promotion analysis ROI, developing customer segmentation strategies, and refining channel strategy pricing guardrails. Additionally, the manager will recruit, hire, and develop a team, potentially meet with retail customers, serve as a Canadian contact for SAP/TPM rollout, and collaborate with US RGM teams.
