About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement (AI Enablement) to support the adoption and execution of AI-driven capabilities across our commercial organization. This role will focus on embedding enablement tools and learning into seller and manager workflows, ensuring consistent usage and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial workflows.
• Proven ability to manage projects, processes, and multiple stakeholders in a global environment.

• Supporting execution and adoption of enablement tools
• Managing access and providing operational support
• Delivering AI-related training and embedding into existing programs
• Partnering with stakeholders to integrate enablement into onboarding and sales workflows
