About The Position

The Manager of Store technology is responsible for leading the team that maintains, governs, and deploys menu data across Point of Sale (POS), OLO, Backoffice, digital, catering and other integrated systems for all restaurant locations. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements, and designing configurable solutions within the tech stack. The manager will review and assign work to the correct resources. The manager will ensure menu accuracy, pricing integrity, promotional execution, and operational consistency across in-store, digital, and third-party ordering platforms. The Manager will serve as a primary liaison between Brand Technology partners, and external vendors to support menu changes and business initiatives while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards. Manager will work with Sr Director of Build and Run to ensure that the team is properly resourced and constructed to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements

• Leadership experience
• Experience in maintaining, governing, and deploying menu data across various systems (POS, OLO, Backoffice, digital, catering).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience designing configurable solutions within a tech stack.
• Skills in ensuring menu accuracy, pricing integrity, promotional execution, and operational consistency.
• Experience serving as a liaison between technology partners and external vendors.
• Knowledge of quality and compliance standards.
