Requirements

  • Six or more years of experience of which at least two years of directly related experience in automotive, finance, or related industry with a focus on data analysis, competitive analysis, and incentive strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and programming tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau to analyze large datasets.
  • Experience managing financial budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver executive-level presentations and insights.
  • Must be a high school graduate.

Nice To Haves

  • Auto lending, captive finance, or pricing/incentive experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead incentive strategy and data-driven decision making for Hyundai’s Kona, Venue, Sonata, and Elantra.
  • Streamline reporting, build incentive scenarios, and deliver competitive insights to support sales performance while maintaining budget targets.
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL, Tableau, or Python to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize incentive scenarios (APR, lease, retail) to drive sales performance.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and maintain market intelligence to inform pricing and incentive strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Regional teams to manage incentive budgets and forecasting.
  • Lead monthly reporting and governance processes, including data consolidation, pricing inputs, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Evaluate incentive program performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize spend and outcomes.
  • Oversee budget forecasting, reconciliation, and vendor coordination to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and develop direct report.
