The Category Strategy & Planning Manager is a unique & dynamic leadership opportunity to elevate Reckitt’s customer engagement across its U.S. commercial business. As part of their responsibilities, they will play a critical role in connecting growth strategies for retailers, facilitating cross-functional collaboration in shaping brand & customer plans, and identifying white space opportunities to spark future category growth. As part of an agile and purpose-led team, they will lead end-to-end efforts in unlocking key shopper/category understanding through storytelling & strategy and generate “Triple Win” opportunities that drive better outcomes for our customers, consumers, and Reckitt brands. Category Strategy & Planning brings a relational approach to empowering our commercial business by building bridges, connecting insights to action, and strengthening our retailer partnerships.
