The role of Franchisee Lead Retail, at the M1/Manager level within the Retail function in Gujarat, is responsible for managing franchisee channels, driving all activities at a VIL franchisee store, including customer service, sales (inbound and outbound), and ensuring franchisee profitability.

• 4-6 years on-role experience
• 1-2 years channel handling experience
• Channel handling skill

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of managing franchisee channels
• Driving all activities at a VIL franchisee store spanning customer service, store-level sales, outbound sales
• Managing franchisee profitability
• Sales acquisition (inbound and outbound)
• Customer Service
• People management
• HSW (Health, Safety, and Welfare)
