Manager, Retail Events

Raiders Football Club LLC•Henderson, NV

About The Position

The Manager, Retail Events plans, staffs, and executes large-scale retail operations for concerts, collegiate and professional sports games, and other stadium events. This is an event-planning and execution role rather than a brick-and-mortar retail position. The Manager creates the operational vision for each event and manages its execution from start to finish. The role calls for exceptional organization, clear communication, and effectiveness under pressure. It involves long and variable hours, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and extended event days. The department is experiencing rapid growth and transition, so the Manager is expected to take initiative, move quickly, adapt, work independently, and continually improve systems. The position requires anticipating needs and maintaining operational control in environments where approximately 25% of each event is unpredictable.
