The Skoll Foundation is hiring a Manager, Registration & Operations based in Washington, DC. This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, including Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required onsite in the Washington, DC office. Together, we advance bold and equitable solutions to the world's most pressing problems. The Manager, Registration & Operations is a critical member of the Skoll Convenings team, responsible for the end-to-end delegate curation and registration experience across all Skoll-hosted convenings — with a primary focus on the Skoll World Forum. This role bridges strategic planning and on-the-ground execution: owning the technical build and rollout of tech systems, managing the SWF registration experience from invitation through onsite arrival, and providing meaningful production and operations support to the team. Reporting to the Associate Director & Producer, Convenings, the Manager works cross-functionally with IT, Communications, Community, and external partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality delegate experience. This role also stewards the event technology stack and Salesforce CRM for convenings, driving process improvements that strengthen the team’s operational foundation.
