The Quality Assurance Manager ensures the food safety and quality of products and services provided by the company. The QA Manager is responsible for the management, supervision and development of the Quality Assurance department. The manager is also responsible for maintaining HACCP, sanitation, the SQF (Safe Quality Foods) programs, and any other regulatory requirements that must be adhered to to maintain successful certifications. This position is also responsible for monitoring and completing written reports, performing internal audits and completing product testing.
