Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams with strong project planning and scheduling skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors to align objectives and secure resource approvals.
- Expertise in monitoring project budgets, costs, and performance while identifying and addressing risks and changes proactively.
- Strong communication skills to deliver clear status updates and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Demonstrated adaptability and continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members to achieve business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
- 1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Oversee multiple projects or work streams, ensuring adherence to project management standards and timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and escalate changes to maintain project performance and goals.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and operational excellence throughout project execution.
