The PMO Manager ensures enterprise clients achieve measurable outcomes by leading a team of project managers and solutions consultants in delivering professional services. This role involves building scalable systems for service delivery, owning delivery outcomes across the enterprise Professional Services (PS) portfolio, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction to drive retention and expansion. The manager will also be responsible for developing and improving the PMO's playbooks, tooling, and templates, partnering with Sales and Solutions in pre-sales to scope and plan engagements, managing the portfolio view (tracking utilization, profitability, and risk), and acting as an escalation point for complex accounts. A key aspect of the role is developing the team through coaching project managers and solutions consultants. Success within 6-12 months includes consistent on-time delivery, a self-sufficient PMO, and a strengthened team.
