About The Position

The Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) is seeking a Manager (or Senior Manager), Programs to design, launch, and manage its next generation of applied wealth-holder programs in the Americas. This role involves owning a portfolio of programs from concept to well-run, repeatable annual programs, including curriculum development, operations, stakeholder management, delivery, and evaluation. The position will focus on launching and running the Investing Lab (alumni-only, live-portfolio experience), a Family Office Program on the U.S. West Coast (San Francisco, 2027), and an East Coast edition (New York City, 2028). These programs are practical, peer-led, and built around real cases and stakes, requiring end-to-end management by the program manager. The ideal candidate is energized by owning and running programs rather than delivering someone else's curriculum.

Requirements

  • Strong program and project management skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous, quickly evolving environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated track record of designing and launching major projects from concept to delivery.
  • Genuine subject-matter credibility in impact investing, sustainable finance, philanthropy, or family office / wealth management.
  • Experience recruiting and managing senior stakeholders, faculty, or speakers (e.g., principals, executives, coaches, academic partners).
  • Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person formats across group sizes.
  • Proven ability to engage high-net-wealth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and/or senior wealth management executives.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, small-team environment.
  • Tech-savvy: GSuite, Asana, Claude, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to approximately 15%, concentrated around program delivery windows).

Nice To Haves

  • Instructional design and curriculum development experience, ideally for applied or peer-based adult learning.
  • Direct experience with impact due diligence, fund mechanics, Investment Policy Statements, and/or Investment Committees (directly relevant to the Investing Lab).
  • Direct experience in or with family offices—governance, operations, or impact strategy (directly relevant to the Family Office program).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the completion and design of the Investing Lab curriculum and participant journey, translating CSP research and frameworks into a live, experiential learning arc.
  • Design the West Coast Family Office program (2027) and its East Coast edition (2028), adapting CSP's existing global family office curriculum and case-study format for North American cohorts.
  • Build the instructional design for peer-based, case-driven adult learning.
  • Translate research findings and real-world cases into credible, decision-useful program content.
  • Facilitate and orchestrate program live sessions—in person and online—guiding peer exchange, case discussion, and hands-on work.
  • Own the day-to-day and year-round running of each program once launched—the operating plan, timeline, budget, and execution.
  • Manage the senior faculty, speakers, and partners who make each program credible.
  • Coordinate the moving parts unique to each program: for the Investing Lab, the Investment Committee, coaches, and fund/DAF partner (ImpactAssets); for the Family Office Program, single-family-office partners and academic collaborators.
  • Oversee registration, logistics, venues, and vendor relationships with support from other staff.
  • Run evaluation and continuous improvement, iterating each cohort year over year, and contribute to cost-effectiveness goals.
  • Ensure consistent quality, messaging, and learning outcomes across every program and session.
  • Build and steward relationships with principals, family office leaders, partners, and ecosystem leaders across the sector.
  • Represent CSP as a subject-matter expert at conferences, panels, and industry discussions.
  • Support with recruiting and enrollment of program participants—building, nurturing, and converting the pipeline of wealth holders, principals, and capital allocators for each cohort.
  • Contribute to broader business development, including partner cultivation and other growth initiatives that expand CSP's reach and program portfolio.
  • Collaboration and support for broader team as needed.
