The Contact Center Program Manager is responsible for organizing, directing and leading project management activities for the contact center across all lines of business. The Program Manager is involved in all stages of a project or program insuring success in the planning, scheduling, implementing and tracking progress. The candidate is also responsible for gaining and maintaining a deep understanding of operational business processes and requirements to achieve the desired results. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Westminster, CO.
