About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience in driving business strategy through effective project and change management.
Strong skills in business planning, prioritization, and performance measurement to achieve operational goals.
Ability to lead and develop teams by providing coaching, mentoring, and clear performance expectations.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving capabilities to overcome barriers and implement process improvements.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
