About The Position

This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the Workforce Intelligence team. Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. The team leads the execution and continuous improvement of labor generation within the Workforce Intelligence department. It focuses on designing and maintaining labor placement strategies to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. Members collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement business plans, remove obstacles, and drive process improvements aligned with company goals. The team emphasizes data-driven decision-making, contingency planning, and effective communication to support operational success. It fosters a culture of accountability, professional growth, and integrity while delivering measurable results that contribute to broader workforce strategies and organizational objectives.

Requirements

Extensive program management experience with a proven ability to lead multiple complex initiatives and deliver results.
Strong cross-functional team leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and developing associates.
Expertise in decision making, contingency planning, and driving process improvements aligned with business strategy.
Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate program performance and recommend actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, influence outcomes, and manage expectations effectively.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards, company policies, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, developing priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
Lead and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Partner with senior leaders to define goals, manage risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Oversee program management process improvements by conducting analyses, developing solutions, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Evaluate program performance using data analysis, recommend changes, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize outcomes.
Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and operational excellence.
