This team leads the full lifecycle of data product development, collaborating across functions to achieve strategic business objectives. Program Managers oversee complex initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous process improvements. The team emphasizes clear communication, strategic planning, and leadership to support innovation and operational excellence within a dynamic environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Expertise in risk mitigation and prioritizing critical issues to ensure successful program execution.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a culture of respect and development.
- Ability to manage complex programs, track performance, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, prioritize critical issues, and ensure timely resolution and delivery of milestones.
- Monitor program performance through analysis of key metrics, trend data, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements to increase service and product capabilities.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting a culture of integrity and respect.
