About The Position

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for the internal team and clients. They will play a vital role for driving the business of their respective product category( ies ) , by coaching and managing a diverse team of salespeople, and will work closely with the Boutique Director by imparting critical business knowledge . The Product Manager will be responsible for fully owning and driving the business within the RTW, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Costume Jewelry categories.

  • Minimum 5 years of related ex p erience
  • Bachelor’s degree ( p referred)
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Boutique Management: Requires in-store p resence to develo p and coach teams, ensure boutique image and o p erational standards are u p held, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results

Responsibilities

  • Coach and ins p ire a team to deliver an elevated client ex p erience for all clients
  • Foster a p ositive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual res p ect, and teamwork
  • P rovide initial and frequent ongoing training and develo p ment for all team members, including CHANEL savoir faire, p roduct details and service delivery
  • Drive all as p ects of the assigned p roduct category, including analysis, re p orting, assortment p lanning, and p artnershi p with Home Office buying team
  • Lead a team with agility and resilience by a p p lying key p erformance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and business p erformance
  • Re p resent CHANEL in the market, develo p ing the client base through community involvement, p artnershi p s with local high- p rofile businesses, as well as social and seasonal events
