As a valued leader on our Single Family Product, Policy and Guide Team you will manage the development of strategy, market insights, opportunity identification, competitive intelligence, and business case frameworks that inform product, policy, and distribution priorities. You will partner across internal teams, industry participants, and stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies aligned to enterprise and Single Family objectives. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities across products, policies, partners, publications, and distribution channels. You will guide market sizing, segmentation, adoption analysis, competitive landscape assessment, SWOT analysis, and right-to-win evaluation to support prioritization and decision-making. You will develop and apply standard frameworks to assess business value, strategic fit, stakeholder impact, and execution readiness. Your work will help create clear value cases and recommendations that connect strategy to measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with Product Management, Policy, Technology, Marketing, Market Engagement/Sales and other stakeholders to ensure insights are translated into scalable plans supported by data-driven analytics, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and human-assisted processes. This role requires strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and the ability to turn complex market and business dynamics into clear recommendations that drive outcomes.
