About The Position

The Manager, Product & Solutions Marketing, is responsible for the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline development, strengthen brand awareness and differentiate Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support within the market. This role coordinates cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Brand and external agency partners to bring go-to-market strategies to life. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and executional excellence with strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven ability to translate market insights into effective marketing programs. Experience in patient support services or healthcare marketing is preferred, but candidates with strong, transferable B2B marketing and demand generation experience are encouraged to apply. Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, product marketing or growth marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, paid media, events, content)
  • Demonstrated success working closely with cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, market access or patient support services
  • Experience with account-based marketing or high-value deal support
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO, paid media platforms, retargeting and marketing automation tools
  • Exhibits an ability to translate market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales and profitability for the business
  • Demonstrates knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building and executing business and marketing plans. This includes an understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform a variety of tasks and projects
  • Maintains an understanding of Cardinal Health beyond their own team and function; Shows an ability to connect the dots
  • Comfortable trying new things and uses past experiences and feedback to continuously improve future performance
  • Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
  • Works independently on complex projects of large scope and may receive general guidance/oversight on new projects

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy, messaging and promotional plans
  • Leverage research, voice-of-customer insights, and industry engagements to identify new growth opportunities
  • Execute multi-channel marketing plans across paid, owned and shared strategies, including media, social, search, email, digital and content
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality content and creative aligned to business objectives
  • Supports the tradeshow strategy and works with Event Marketing Operations and other internal and external teams to ensure a coordinated presence at external events
  • Make both incremental improvements and rapid pivots in response to performance data, business needs and industry shifts
  • Align messaging and campaign activity to buyer journey stages and sales priorities
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials to support effective commercialization
  • Drive improvements in lead-to-MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency
  • Partner with Business Development and Lead Generation teams to align marketing efforts to strategic accounts and high-value opportunities
  • Conduct performance analysis across campaigns, channels and audience segments
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Clearly communicate results and business impact through executive-ready reporting
