About The Position

This role is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and interpreting the pulse of major change programs and initiatives to inform change management strategy, including communications, engagement, and project activities, in collaboration with business and technology partners. The Manager will develop and maintain tools, reports, and processes for managing stakeholder initiatives and oversee the collection, analysis, and distillation of feedback. A key focus is to lead efforts to prepare internal and external stakeholders to adopt change driven by the introduction of new foundational revenue systems.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, or Communications
  • Solid understanding of change processes at the individual and organizational levels
  • Experience applying change management principles, tools, and methodologies in large or complex initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence varied audiences
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience supporting large‑scale organizational or technology change efforts

Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation on changes and people, process, technology, and business impacts; develop and maintain stakeholder action plans that support adoption and readiness.
  • Identify stakeholders, degree of change, and high‑level impacts for each group. Maintain high‑level stakeholder assessments and updated heat maps.
  • Analyze and interpret stakeholder assessment data, providing directional, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop Regional Engagement Events – plan, develop content, coordinate logistics and invitations, and execute events that deliver a steady flow of information, set a consistent tone, and engage, align, and build commitment from key stakeholders.
  • Develop change management deliverables as needed to support readiness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Provide Change Network communications support.
  • Support facilitation of Change Network calls and meetings – document meeting minutes and action items, track progress, and follow up to support execution.
  • Design templates and tools for evaluating program stakeholders.
  • Maintain member database/lists and identify opportunities and recommend approaches for participation across stakeholder groups.
  • Develop readiness assessments; measure progress of stakeholder functional groups and regions; analyze and monitor results over time.
  • Work with outside vendors on timing and delivery of business readiness assessments and reporting needs.
  • Develop detailed reports by stakeholder group to inform progress and identify areas of achievement and concern in support of stakeholder readiness metrics.
  • Work with key stakeholders and communications teams to identify key “pulse” metrics. Define and maintain methodologies to monitor and report on these metrics.
  • Identify tools and mechanisms and ensure they are in place to capture appropriate data.
  • Monitor the program microsite, mailbox, and forums for questions; respond or escalate to appropriate parties and ensure timely, approved responses.
  • Support communications teams by providing or coordinating metrics for email and mass communications efforts as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engagement and Communications partners to identify and schedule required communications outputs.
  • Partner with associates and teams across the organization (e.g., Global Corporate Affairs, Program Management Office, Change Management, Project Stakeholders) to deliver communications deliverables.
  • Establish timelines and schedules for communication development and finalization.
  • Conduct interviews and research to develop content for articles, presentations, and other communications assets.
  • Create engaging multi‑media communications using tools such as PowerPoint, animation, audio/video production, Camtasia, Sketchbook Pro, etc.
  • Enhance existing communications with improved design, formatting, copy, audio/video, or animation treatments.
  • Create, maintain, and execute global communications plans where required; understand how best to channel communications to increase awareness of program activities.
