About the Team This role will support our Customer Protection organization as we work to modernize fraud operations. The Fraud Tools workstream aims to bring tools directly into our servicing platform via APIs and automated data population to reduce the cognitive load associates are going through during fraud servicing. These tools need to be enabled in a way that is both human-centered for our fraud operations associates and AI-ready for our models to consume and orchestrate actions. The PM for this role will be responsible for building these tools and integrating them within our servicing and agentic experiences. Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
