About the Team Capital One’s digital-first bank makes our customers’ lives super easy — and makes us a target for fraudsters. To combat that fraud, we leverage sophisticated machine learning models in real time as customers use their account — using their debit card, making digital payments, and servicing their account. Behind that are the operations associates and data scientists who manually review activity to protect our customers and to continuously train those models to keep up with fraudsters. The product manager for Bank Customer Protection (Fraud Operations) will be responsible for the system built on our across the canyon platforms that guides those associates — bringing best in class process engineering and design, leveraging the right data at the right time — to help us efficiently and effectively protect our customers and the bank as we grow. In addition to modernizing our operations, the product manager in this role will also partner with our GenAI teams to identify Agentic AI opportunities to bring to fruition for more efficient and automated decisioning. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
