About The Position

The Product Manager will drive the critical path of Capital One’s Recoveries Modernization program and architect the future state of its data platforms. The role bridges complex data engineering with business strategy, guides downstream clients through migration, supports the sunsetting of legacy systems, and shapes the post-modernization product roadmap. US Card Recoveries manages financial and customer outcomes for charged-off accounts, helping recover outstanding debt while supporting customers’ sustainable credit health. As the first Capital One line of business to migrate to the Modern Core, Recoveries is moving from legacy systems of record to a modern, event-driven data ecosystem. The modernization is intended to unlock enterprise platform capabilities, accelerate product launches, improve recovery rates, and reshape customer recovery journeys. The position is designated hybrid and is subject to Capital One’s hybrid policy for required on-site presence at the designated office location. The role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or provide immigration-related support for this position.
